Cosmic

Liam is HUGE – too big for his boots, too big for his football strip and too big for his school blazer. Being super-sized has its high points: he’s the only eleven-year-old ever to ride the terrifying Cosmic rollercoaster or be offered the chance to drive a Porsche. The only trouble is that Liam’s too big to be a little boy any more, but not old enough to be a grown-up. Or is he? Time will tell when lanky Liam makes a giant leap for boy-kind, and ends up lost – in space.

“Funny and engaging and in the end rather moving” Charlie Higson, The Guardian
