   loved it

   I adore this book. It’s my one of my favorite books I’ve read. I think her friendship with Jack is really sweet. I think jack is my favorite character! I would recomend this book to girls over 8 years old. I’m hoping to read The Hunger next time.

   loved it

   I adored this book, I was reading 24/7! I thought it was really interesting, as it was a completely new topic for me. What I love about this series is the personal touch. I also loved Eliza’s friendship with Jack, and how close they were because of Eliza’s late brother, William. I would have liked it to be longer because I wanted to hear more about her new life in the countryside. Overall, one of my favourite My Story books! I recommend it to ages 11+

   I found this book very moving. I loved how there was a diary entry from the 1840’s.My favourite character was Eliza, as she has simallar characteristics to myself. I would recomend this book for the ages 9+. Enjoy your reading!

   This Book Is Magnificent, to put it plainly!! As its written as a dirary it really puts life into perspective from the 1800’s and helps you understand. Will be very helpful for help on history homeworks e.t.c. and just for general pleasure. A very interesting book and should be read 11+ :) x

   I recomend this for history lovers. Other people that like more of an adventure, comedey, romance or any other genre may not like this book. i have got it but have not read it yet, although my sister has and so has my brother. my family like history. could help with history at school too. tnx!!! :)
