The Werepuppy

Micky is terrified of dogs. The only answer seems to be to get him a puppy of his own. But when he picks a baby werewolf, Wolfie turns out to be a very special pet – and a real joker too! This lighthearted short comedy with a wonderfully snappy central character is a treat for newly confident readers, and especially good for boys.

  • This is such a good book and i would recommend it to anyone who loves a good laugh! I read this book on holiday which was perfect because it was so funny and comical! I read this book in 2 days and I couldn’t put it down it was so good. This book is about a boy called Mickey who is terrified of dogs but when his parents, after a lot of persuasion, they let him have his own dog. Mickey choses a baby werewolf which he calls Wolfie. Wolfie turns out to be a special pet with a lot of personality which is perfect for Mickey!

Please read to find out what happens next! xx
