   The witches was both scary for me, funny, and rather disgusting in parts. It was so enjoyable to read, and whatever age I am, when I see my Dahl collection, I don’t worry atall that I’m too old to be reading them. Quite the opposite actually, when I’m an adult I’ll be reading them to my children, because I think stories like the witches last centuries. :)

   This was a great book. i think it was slightly too complicated for some young readers but I recommend it as it is perfect for boys and girls!
