Dustbin baby brought tears to my eyes. Fountains sprouted from my eyes. It’s very depressing. Obviously it’s worth reading! I really like this adventure, truthful book.

  8. For me this is one of my favourite Jacqueline Wilson books but I have to say this book isn’t for the faint hearted, it’s bound to bring tears to your eyes so by warned! I don’t normally cry at books but I have to admit this nearly did! This book is all about a girl called April who was found in a dustbin, unwanted as a baby. As soon as she is a teenager she tries to discover the truth about her past it takes her to all sorts of places that she would never dream to go…

I would recommend this book to 10-15 year olds as it is quite sad! xx
