The 39 Clues: The Maze of Bones

Minutes before she died, Grace Cahill changed her will, leaving her descendants an impossible decision: “You have a choice – one million dollars or a clue.” Grace Cahill was the last great leader of the Cahills, the world’s most powerful family. Everyone from Napoleon to Houndini, Mozart to Benjamin Franklin, is related to the Cahills, yet the source of the family power is lost. 39 clues hidden around the world will reveal the clan’s secret – but no-one has ever managed to assemble them. Now the race is on.

Amy and Dan Cahill must decide what’s important: hunting clues or uncovering what REALLY happened to their parents. Against them are the world’s most powerful enemies. On their side are wits, courage – and YOU. Can you help them to find the truth about their parents… and the mega reward that awaits: a real cash prize of $10,000?

Only one adventurer can be the ultimate winner. Will it be YOU?

  • I thought this book was really good because there was a twist at every turn. Although kind of confusing at the beginning, you soon start to understand the principal- take £100,0000 or enter a competition, where the only thing they know is WIN OR DIE. It is so suspenseful, you don’t trust anyone. Another selling point is that it is not only a book. They come with six cards at the front of each book, and then you can make an account on the website, and join the hunt! I hope you liked my review, xloveheart123
