At first when I read this when I was younger I found the old English hard but now I find it really funny and enjoyable, along with the other books in the series which are equally fun!

This book is brilliant! It makes me laugh out loud. Anne is one of my favorite book characters of all – she’s hilarious! The rest of the series is equally wonderful.
Anne of Green Gables is a classic tale of a little girl who is an orphan and then she comes to live with the cuthberts. I would recommend as an age rating for the book 10-14

I can’t understand how this book only has 4 stars. The imagination Anne is amazing and I love how the story continues into her adult life. A must read.

Some people may not understand this book, as it is quite old fashioned, but I think this book is really worth reading when you get to the end as she finally gets a happy ending like Anne wanted to
