Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland

When Alice follows the white rabbit down the rabbit-hole, she finds herself in the most unusual of places. It’s a strange world of mad tea parties, disappearing cats, and a Queen of Hearts who – convinced that Alice has stolen her tarts – wants to cut off her head! Lost in this fantasy land, Alice finds herself growing more and more curious by the minute. But how, oh how, is she ever going to find her way back home? A quirky and much-loved fantasy that you’ll want to lose yourself in time and time again, now with an inspiring new introduction from Chris Riddell.

  • A true classic. In my opinion the movie is better. I love the Mad Hatter.

I think this is one of those classic books that everyone should read. There’s a reason why it falls into the classics category and why they have made countless productions and two Disney movies based on it. I have to admit while I was reading it, I knew the storyline and the long words made reading the book painfully tiring and boring in certain parts and sometimes confusing. Nevertheless, the story is very creative and contains some fascinating characters. I think this is a book everyone should read at least once in their lifetimes.
