Ghosts of the Forest

Wild man Steve makes the soul of the forest sing in a tale of orangutans and jungle peril. No one knows the forest and its dangers better than Steve. You’ll smell the tree bark and hear the twigs crackle. Eco-warrior Saker is living with the peace-loving Penan people of Borneo. He’s helping them protect orang utans and save their forest homes from ruthless loggers. But they are being watched. And hunted. The Prophet has not forgiven Saker’s betrayal. Beware the wooden bullet… TV presenter, writer, sportsman, animal protector: is there anything Steve can’t do? He’s our ultimate role model.

This book is a fantastic novel just like Steve Backshall’s first book ” Tiger Wars ”. I haven’t quite finished it yet, but I love it so far.
