Little Women
Meg is the eldest and on the brink of love. Tomboy Jo dreams of being a writer. Sweet-natured Beth always puts others first… but Amy, the youngest, likes to get her own way. With their father away fighting in the Civil War, times are tough and money is tight. Putting on plays, helping neighbours or ice-skating on the lake, the sisters’ infectious sense of fun helps to pull them through. But through sisterly squabbles, happy times and heartbreakingly sad ones, the sisters discover that growing up is sometimes very hard to do.
Now introduced by Louise Rennison, author of the Georgia Nicolson books, this inspirational classic has been adored by generations, and is guaranteed to make you laugh and cry.

Little Women is a classic tale of four sisters: Margret, Joesiphine, Elizebeth and Amy. They have lots of things happening in their family. I would recommend as an age rating for the book 10-14

I love this book. It is the kind of book that every one who reads it will love. It is about four sisters growing up during the civil war.
