In the deep blue world beneath the waves, evil mermaid queen Taran is determined to get her hands on the silver pearl that will give her total power. Back on dry land, Lizzy, the guardian of the pearl, is equally determined to stop her. But when the mermaid queen takes a hostage, Lizzy is faced with a terrible choice.
