Nevermore

‘It feels like the house is waiting. That’s because it is. Always waiting.’ Tizzie’s chaotic life with her feckless mum has brought her to Roven Mere, a rambling, lonely house. But when she arrives, nothing is as expected: the house seems like a museum, and Lord Rupert, the owner, is no-where to be found. Slowly, as she unravels the house’s riddles and secrets, Tizzie discovers the unexpected truth about why she has been brought there… A warm and touching tale from a Costa Award-winning author.

This book is very good and the front cover is very eye cathching that is what made me pick ot up at CD primary book fair. Trizzie has just moved to Roven Mere it is a big house and a strange man looks after it until the owners will return if they ever will. The girl Tizzie is dieing to meet is Greta but when Tizzie finds Greta’s old school books which date back tobefore she Tizzie was born it could only lead to a mystery.
