The Killer Cat Trio

“OKAY, OKAY. So hang me. I killed the bird. For pity’s sake, I’m a cat.”

Tuffy the Killer Cat is the original murderous mog – with a sharp tongue, even sharper teeth, and a cunning, cruel nature. If only his silly owner Ellie wasn’t such a soft-hearted sop, the Killer Cat would have the whole world at his mercy. As things are, he’ll have to make do with the neighbourhood mice, birds and – um – rabbits! But what with unexplained deaths among the local pets, vandalised art projects and other dark and wild antics, Tuffy’s out to prove that he’s a cat with bite! From celebrated author Anne Fine, these easy-read tales of an evil-tempered mog bristle with killer laughs.

The killer cat series allows you to get into the mind of a killer cat. All three of these books are brilliant successes with younger children. I would recommend these books to 6-10 year olds
